The Garden Design Process

We know that deciding how to get the most out of your outdoor space can be difficult. That’s why we offer a range of garden design packages to suit your needs.

Each package helps you to visualise how your garden will look and how much investment you’ll need. Before it’s even built.

We’ll use our expert know-how to put together a personalised design that meets your needs, not ours. And with unlimited revisions, the design process won’t stop until you’re 100% satisfied.

Here is how our garden design process works.

Step 1 – Design Questionnaire

The process begins with our in-depth design questionnaire. This allows us to understand your needs and will be the starting point for your garden design.

Step 2 – In-Depth Garden Survey

We carry out a garden survey at a day and time that suits you. We’ll discuss your ideas in more detail and provide recommendations.

Step 3 - Design

Time for us to work our creative magic. We’ll use our expert know-how to put together a personalised design that meets your needs, not ours. And with unlimited revisions, the design process won’t stop until you’re 100% satisfied.

Step 4 – Presentation

We present your design virtually or face to face. We listen carefully to your feedback and make any changes needed. Once finalised, you’ll sign off your design and we’ll send you digital copies for you to keep.

Step 5 – Build Quotation

We’ll provide you with a full scope of works and a detailed build quotation to bring your garden master plan to life.

The Build Process

After approving your final design, you’ll naturally want to progress through to the construction phase with us.

Our highly experienced and fully trained build teams are trusted experts in garden transformations.

Here is how our build process works.

Step 1 – Build Quotation

We’ll provide you with a full scope of works and a detailed build quotation to bring your garden master plan to life. If you have not chosen one of our design packages, a site survey would be required to understand the scope of works.

Step 2 – Quotation Acceptance

Upon acceptance, you will receive a contract for signing electronically. This will detail the scope of works, our terms and conditions and payment schedule.

You will also be notified of an estimated start date.

We’ll then send you our pre-start pack – which details everything you need to know about your project.

We’ll also send you your login details for our dedicated client portal. Here, you will be able to find all the key information about your project in one secure location

Step 3 - Pre-Works Commencement

The build materials are then organised in anticipation of the start date.

We’ll also send letters to your surrounding neighbours – informing them of the nature of the works, a start date and approximate time frame for completion.

Step 4 – Works Commence

Your project is assigned a dedicated Site Manager who will be present throughout the build. They will keep you updated on the progress of your project and be available to answer any questions you may have.

At this stage, you can sit back, relax and watch your beautiful new outdoor space start to take shape.

Step 5 – Completion

Your dedicated Site Manager will ensure that the works are completed to the high standard that your new outdoor space deserves.

At the end of the project your Site Manger will walk through the works with you ensuring that you are delighted with every single aspect of the build. Any snags are addressed in a timely manner.
