Our client – based in South Woodham Ferrers – had a large lawn but was struggling to keep it looking lush and green.
Years of professional lawn maintenance had failed to have the desired effect and so our client decided to explore the possibility of artificial grass as a low-maintenance solution.
During the initial consultation, the pros and cons of artificial turf were discussed and samples of the NeoGrass range were shown.
After providing a full quotation and scope of works, the works were carried out over a little under two weeks.
Our client opted for the high-quality Aberdeen with its hard-wearing pile and dense look and feel.
The existing lawn was excavated with a mini digger to a depth of approximately 75mm to allow for a 50mm sub-base and 25mm laying course.
A concrete haunch was laid to the perimeter of the lawn and the grass was secured using Aquabond adhesive.
The transformation has left our client with a low-maintenance lawn that will stay lush and green all year round.
