The goal of this project was to construct a contemporary driveway and patio that would enhance the appearance of this recently refurbished home.
Our proposal was to create an in-out driveway for easy off-road parking. The entire front garden was paved to provide as much parking as possible.
Contemporary grey Marshalls Metro block paving provides a modern feel. The large format blocks being particularly effective when utilised in wide driveways.
Boundary walls – built from the same brick as the main building – tie the driveway into the property whilst adding height and structure.
The garden required a complete overhaul with a brief to simplify the layout.
A patio consisting of porcelain – chosen for its low-maintenance nature and clean lines – provides an outdoor seating area.
Composite plastic fencing borders the boundary – providing a long-lasting solution with minimal maintenance.
The remainder of the garden was laid to lawn, with pathways flanking both sides, allowing access to garden buildings.
