The initial brief was to create an attractive driveway that allowed vehicular access to the rear of the property, a raised patio to the games room and a low-maintenance, pet-friendly artificial lawn.
Marshalls Driveline Metro blocks were selected for the driveway to provide a modern and eye-catching appearance.
To meet the brief, the design proposal featured the same blocks down the side and to the rear of the property. Allowing ample space allowing for vehicles to turn.
To create a low-maintenance, mud-free lawn for our client’s dog, artificial grass was installed overlooking the games room.
Indian Sandstone was chosen to form a raised patio area in front of the games room -providing an ideal spot to take in the entire garden and its surroundings.
At the front of the property, Sawn Sandstone steps create an elegant entrance to the home.
This large project – which included over 200m3 of excavations – resulted in a huge transformation and has injected some serious kerb appeal into this property.
The project was awarded a regional award at the 2017 Marshalls Awards in recognition of the transformation.
