Fencing Essex
Secure Your Home With A Beautiful Garden Fence
Garden fencing not only improves the look of your outdoor space but also provides privacy, security and a defined boundary for your home.
Secure fencing will also keep pets and children in your garden and help keep them safe.
Garden fencing enhances the aesthetic of your outdoor space, too. Providing a beautiful backdrop for plants, flowers, and other landscaping features.
And fencing no longer has to be boring either! There are loads of options to suit all garden styles.
In recent years, a popular garden trend is to use timber battens to form decorative screens. These can be built from Cedar, Larch or softwood. Creating a real focal point in your garden.
Composite fence panels in various colour options are very on-trend too. Not only do they look amazing, but they also last longer than timber alternatives.
Decorative composite screens are available in unique patterns and colours that add height and interest to any outdoor space.
Our trusted team of landscapers installs many types of fencing in Essex including:
- Cedar Screening
- Larch Screening
- Composite Screens & Fence Panels

FAQs
Below is a list of our frequently asked questions. If your question isn’t answered below, then please contact us.
It depends upon many factors including the size, style and choice of material. Softwood panels are the most cost-effective option. Composite and hardwoods such as Cedar or Larch tend to cost more. For a full written quotation and scope of works for your project, please book a consultation.
It depends upon your needs and budget. All types of fencing have their pros and cons. For example, softwood is the cheapest but has the shortest lifespan. Hardwoods last longer but need oiling to keep them looking their best. Composite fencing is long-lasting and doesn’t need much maintenance but can get hot in the sun. We’d be happy to discuss your requirements in-depth during your consultation. We can help you decide on the best type of fencing that meets your needs and budget.

We build new gardens and driveways all year round. So, the answer is whatever suits you best! There are pros and cons to every season. Some clients prefer summer when the weather is better. We’ll keep your property and the surrounding area as clean and tidy as possible during the works.

It’s important to note though, there are some rare instances where we may not be able to attend site. For example, we need to allow time for concrete to fully cure, poor weather conditions or uncontrollable delays with materials. However, these are very rare circumstances. Rest assured, if there is work that we can do, we promise we’ll be on site doing it!
Once a project begins, you may want us to carry out extra work or amend the original scope. And that’s not a problem.
We’re flexible to changes and will always accommodate them wherever we can.
Before we do anything, you’ll be provided with a written quotation detailing the changes. So there are no hidden surprises.

We employ our own team of trained and professional landscapers. We also continually invest in their skills, experience and qualifications. We use subcontractors for some specialist areas. For example, electrical work or wrought iron railings.
A landscaping project involves lots of moving parts. It’s very rare, but, sometimes delays or problems can occur.
If anything goes wrong with your project, you’re unhappy about something, or you just have a question, your designated Site Manager will help. If they can’t, they’ll raise the issue with the Managing Director or office support team.
We’ll proactively resolve any problems if they arise.
It’s important to remember, our work is bespoke and sometimes jobs take a little longer than predicted.
Every one of our projects involves some level of excavation and site clearance. And of course, we don’t always know what we’ll find once the site clearance begins.
We’re also in the hands of third-party suppliers and sometimes there may be delays with materials.
For us, we prefer to do an amazing job, rather than rush to finish ahead of schedule. A few years down the line, you’ll be glad that we operate this way, too.
In the vast majority of cases, everything runs smoothly. But that doesn’t mean it’s not sensible to plan for any eventuality. And that’s exactly what we do.
